Where an exchange is agreed, re-delivery is free.

If an item is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection and, if necessary, we will forward it on to an independent company for testing before replacement goods or refunds can be issued. Postage fees will be reimbursed on justified claims. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office to enable you to claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels lost or damaged in transit. The exterior packaging for all returns should be clearly marked with our Returned Item, together with your Reference (the Despatch Note or Invoice reference number) and addressed to:
